Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Quanto platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Use of the Platform
You may use Quanto solely for lawful purposes related to commercial construction project management, bidding, and collaboration. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to transmit harmful content.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@quanto.app if you believe your account has been compromised.
Project Data
You retain ownership of all project data, documents, and content you submit to Quanto. By submitting content, you grant Quanto a limited license to store, process, and display it as necessary to provide the service.
Subscription & Billing
Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Failure to pay may result in suspension of service. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Intellectual Property
The Quanto platform, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Quanto and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quanto is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the prior 12 months.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
